When turned off the Green SoccerLites is clear. Activate by pressing the button located on the bottom of the SoccerLites. When turned on, lasts up to 60 hours and does not have to be frozen to activate. The SoccerLites is FDA approved and manufactured of double sealed impacted acrylic and non toxic re-freezable jell. They do float and look astonishing in any body of water.
