Refund/Exchange Policy
Onlycubes requires prior authorization for all returns and they will be subject to the following criteria.
Any orders authorized to be returned will be refunded back to the original credit card, minus a 20% restocking fee, all shipping charges plus charges for any product missing. Authorized returns desiring a credit towards future purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee, all shipping charges plus charges for any product missing.
Authorized returns due to defective merchandise will have new merchandise supplied or, (at our discretion) a credit soley for the returned merchandise which may be used for future purchases.
In no situation will refunds be issued for defective merchandise. Replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped out only upon return and inspection of the goods claimed defective.
Requests for credit due to packing discrepancies must be made within 10 business days from date of receipt.
Damaged Merchandise:
We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask the carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original carton(s) must be held for carrier inspection. We will be glad to assist you with any claims that may arise.
Liability
Onlycubes is not responsible for damages or claims that are a result of use of Litecubes. By entering this website and/or purchasing Litecubes, buyer agrees to assume, any/all foreseeable and none, risk associated with using or furnishing such item(s).
Disputes
Our staff will promptly review any dispute relating to your experience with Onlycubes.com. Disputes must be submitted by email complete with contact information and details of the incident. It is our policy to make every effort to resolve a dispute in a positive and timely manner. Onlycubes takes great pride in how we take care of our customers. Warranty Policy
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Warranty Procedure
We suggest you contact us at sales@onlycubes.com or by calling 800-921-6297 to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details.
Out of Stock Policy
- The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
- Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. If you order is time sensitive we recommend you call to be sure the order will arrive in time.
